1. what GrowerHelper is

GrowerHelper is an offline-first grow journal app for iOS and Android. it tracks plants, events, photos and metrics for your grow. it is a one-time store purchase with an optional premium subscription for cloud sync.

2. license

the purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. you may not resell, rent, or attempt to reverse-engineer the code.

3. your data

your grow data stays on your device. no analytics, telemetry, or personal identifiers are collected by default. enabling premium uploads encrypted data to a server keyed by your Apple ID / Google account — no email, no signup.

4. premium subscription

the subscription is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play. it auto-renews and can be cancelled any time from your store account.

5. responsible use

the app is an organization tool. you are solely responsible for what you grow and for complying with the laws of your region.

6. liability limit

the app is provided "as is". we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure. take regular backups using the export feature.

7. changes to these terms

we may update these terms. significant changes appear as an in-app notice on next open.
