1. what GrowerHelper is

GrowerHelper is an offline-first grow journal app for iOS and Android. it tracks plants, events, photos and metrics for your grow. it is a one-time store purchase.

2. license

the purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. you may not resell, rent, or attempt to reverse-engineer the code.

3. your data

your grow data stays on your device. no analytics, telemetry, or personal identifiers are collected by default.

4. responsible use

the app is an organization tool. you are solely responsible for what you grow and for complying with the laws of your region.

5. liability limit

the app is provided "as is". we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure. take regular backups using the export feature.

6. changes to these terms

we may update these terms. significant changes appear as an in-app notice on next open.
